Nothing, while it is this early. You will be told before that changes, and never by a charge appearing.
Can I move away later?
Yes. Ask and you get an export of everything you have written, in a file you can open. Your content is yours.
Who can see my customers' details?
You and whoever you give access to. The database itself refuses a request from another business, rather than trusting our code to remember. It is the first thing that was built and it is tested on every change.
Do I need my own domain?
No. Your site is at johanthegoat.xyz/s/your-business from the moment you finish setting up. Custom domains come later.
Who is behind it?
One person. That is the honest answer to what happens if something breaks at 3am, and it is why nothing here promises an uptime figure it cannot keep.
